The electric motor control system adopts sine wave vector control technology which features advantages like high efficiency, stability, low noise and easy installation. The series control devices can work with relatively smaller battery current while providing good acceleration and gradeability. Meanwhile, the regenerative brake system can gather the energy during brake, which can effectively increase the cruising mileage and reduce energy consumption. It adopts large power MOSFET high frequency design and its efficiency is up to 96%. It also features precision control with a powerful intelligent microprocessor.

The EV series BMS (battery management system) utilizes international advanced BMS technology, featuring high precision voltage test, current test, temperature test (compatible with NTC and digital temperature sensor), SOC estimation, SOH estimation, energy estimation, etc. It can accurately monitor the working status of the lithium battery which can avoid the battery being overcharged or overdischarged. The system also has various functions including equalization management , equalization failure diagnosis, hardware wake-up and CAN bus remote wake-up, quick charging and temperature management, open circuit diagnosis, hardware self-checking, and 24-hour battery monitoring function, etc. I can be used in the full series lithium ion battery electric vehicles.
